  • Role Overview

    We are looking for people that can work in Markham in the Woodbine Ave and 14th Ave area.

     You will be working in a manufacturing environment where tubing components are made. You will be maintaining and helping to repair the machinery in the workplace. Some of the machines include mills, burr oak and Rattunde. You will be provided with on the job training.

    • Training will happen on the day shift, then you will likely be transferred to work on night shift

     Position Responsibilities

    • Must know all relevant SSOP and MWI for the department and equipment they are operating. 

    • Troubleshoots, maintains and repairs production machinery to ensure an effective maintenance system and achieve the highest performance of production equipment. 

    • Diagnoses problems and troubleshoots hydraulic and pneumatic systems for the production equipment.

    • Performs gas and electric welding.

    • Ensures that all work and inspections are properly documented and communicated, for example, but not limited: related work details, changes to the equipment, and health and safety issues. 

    • Sets up and operates maintenance machinery. 

    • Works under general supervision and follows all safety precautions and procedures. 

    • Ensures all shop equipment is located up at the end of the shift and all hand tools and materials have been returned to designated safe storage areas.

    • Flexible to work shifts as assigned.

    • Must keep work areas neat and tidy at all times. 

    • Perform other duties as required. 

    Qualifications and Skills You Need to Succeed

    • Millwright Certificate 433A

    • 5 years experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems preferred

    • Must be able to communicate in both written and spoken English.

    • Must be able to work independently and as a team player.

    • Must demonstrate patience and consistent attention to detail.

    • Must have good organizational skills and be a self-starter.

    • Ability to read blueprints, use precision instruments (Imperial and Metric).

    • Ability to read and interpret Hydraulic and Pneumatic schematics. 

    • Completion of a criminal background check as required by CTPAT requirements. 

    • Demonstrates a positive attitude towards safety and models safety for other employees at all times.

    • Understand that it is mandatory to use and/or wear all personal protective equipment provided by the Company. 

    • Reports all accidents, incidents and near misses and supports in determining corrective actions to eliminate workplace hazards.

    • 7:00am - 4:00pm

    • Monday to Friday

    This position will become full-time for the right person.

     Position Responsibilities

    • Must be willing to get on and off the forklift

    • Operate Raymond reach forklift to order pick paper products to build a skid

    • Complete all other jobs and duties required.

  • Role Overview

    We are looking for people that can work in Pickering in the Whites Rd and Highway 7 area.

    You will be working in a distribution environment where you will be operating a forklift to order pick tractor parts and prepare them for shipping.

    • Afternoon Shift - 11:00am - 7:30pm

    Position Responsibilities

    • Receiving products using RF guns and unloading shipments from trucks.

    • Picking orders and placing items on conveyors

    • Pack products into boxes in a warehouse setting; and confirmed shipping addresses

    • Attach stickers, pack boxes, clean and check product for quality assurance

    • Perform production duties such as manual lifting, packaging, taping, labeling and sorting

    • Report defective or questionable material to department supervisor

    • Perform related duties as required by supervision

    • Place items in correctly size crates and container for shipping to customer's destination

    • Responsible for shipping product as scheduled through a Shipping Material software

    • Experience using AutoCAD and CIMEX is an asset

    • Experience using a cutting table for corrugate and plastic (Kongsberg)

    • Advanced experience using Adobe CC (Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat)

    • Advanced knowledge of corrugate substrates and manufacturing processes

    • Experience working with Graphic Designers with an expert understanding and knowledge of corrugate printing processes

  • Role Overview

    We are looking for people that can work in North York in the Victoria Park and Lawrence Ave area.

    You will be working in a manufacturing environment where fibreglass products are made. You will be responsible for fabricating wastewater products, including launders and troughs, using advanced composite materials and techniques. This role involves working with fiberglass, resins, and molds to produce durable, high-quality components.

    • Day shift - 6:30am - 2:30pm

    • Afternoon shift - 2:30pm - 10:30pm

    This is a temp to perm placement, meaning that the right workers will be hired after 4.5 months.

    Position Responsibilities

    Fabrication and Assembly:

    • Prepare molds for composite fabrication, including cleaning, applying release agents, and verifying dimensions.

    • Lay up fiberglass reinforcements and apply resins using hand lay-up, vacuum-assisted resin transfer molding (VARTM), or other composite techniques.

    • Assemble launders, troughs, and other wastewater products to meet specifications and ensure functionality.

    Quality Assurance:

    • Inspect fabricated products to ensure they meet design specifications and quality standards.

    • Identify and address defects such as air pockets, resin-rich areas, or fiber misalignments.

    • Document production processes and quality assurance results.

    Material Handling:

    • Cut, shape, and assemble fiberglass materials to fit product requirements.

    • Mix and handle resins, catalysts, and other composite materials in accordance with safety guidelines.

    Maintenance and Tooling:

    • Maintain fabrication tools and equipment to ensure consistent performance.

    • Repair and modify molds or fabricated products as needed.

    Safety and Compliance:
